Thousand Rays of Kek Lok Si

Alright, Chinese New Year has passed, and I finally have time to post this up, better late than never I suppose. It has been years since my last visit to Kek Lok Si, a most famous tourist destination in Penang, with it's huge Pagoda and statue of Guan Yin. This time round I'm equipped with my Canon 400D and am finally able to take shots that I have found fascinating years ago.
The temple was crowded as I arrived with my friend(s), I actually made two trips this year, once with Calvyn and once with Michelle. Both trips turned out different shots with different results as you will see in the photos below.
Kek Lok Si at twilight time
Catching twilight shots is difficult as the time frame of having a dark blue sky is very short before the whole sky turns pitch black.
